Elusive pygmy horses are very shy and most likely to be encountered as the first pygmy seahorse, clinging to gorgonium coral.We have to be mindful of not overloading their eye with strong strobe flashes.
Many pipefish of Romblon are fast moving and within their habitat amongst the coral they can be elusive. The first 3 banded however I did photograph in their entire length
